Teaching Kids Consent (online workshop)
1.5-hour workshop
This workshop is an introductory session for adults interested in empowering children and young people with behaviours that enable them to recognise situations in which their personal space and sense of safety may be compromised. We will discuss ways we can empower children to know what safety might look and feel like, provide them with strong language skills to ask for help if they need it, and to identify the safe people in their life for support and protection.
This workshop is intended for parents and guardians of children but all are welcome!
(this workshop is also new to our program for 2022 and we are currently offering introductory pricing as a way to ensure it is available to as many parents/guardians as possible).
